We've created a safe environment to resume treatments that were paused due to COVID-19. We're also accepting new appointments for cleanings and preventative care.
Frequently Asked Questions
How expensive will my visit be?
Your out of pocket costs will depend on the services required and your insurance coverage. We accept most insurance plans, such as Medicaid, State Children's Health Insurance Programs (SCHIP), and United Concordia's Tricare, and many private insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, and United Healthcare. Our office staff can help you understand what your insurance will cover and other costs.
Do you take Medicaid?
Yes. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, State Children's Health Insurance Programs (SCHIP), and United Concordia's Tricare.
Do I need to bring anything for my visit?
Always bring your insurance card, if you have one, and a photo ID. You will also need the contact information and birth date of the patient receiving care.
How do I help my child if they’re nervous for their visit?
We encourage you to talk to your child before their visit. The more you can explain and help them understand what to expect, the less nervous they will be. Other ideas include playing pretend at home and helping your child imagine their visit, or even bringing them along for your next visit. It may also help your child to read books or watch videos about going to the dentist. Many children find it comforting to bring a favorite toy or blanket to their visit. Be a positive role model for your children and they will reflect your attitude toward dental health and visiting the dentist.
What can I expect during my child’s visit?
Your child’s visit will be very similar to an adult visit and will include an exam, X-rays, and a cleaning, as well as any other procedures that they need. Our staff will explain each procedure before beginning, allowing you and your child to ask any questions.
Do I have to leave the room during my child’s appointment?
No! Many parents prefer to stay with their child, but some prefer to wait in the waiting room. Our staff will help you decide what is right for your family.
Are you accepting new clients?
